Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic
Collaborative Diagnostic Assessments, including ADHD and ASD
Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic (PMVC) brings you, me (your therapist), and a consulting psychiatrist together by secure video—so you can access diagnostic clarity, medication reviews, and treatment advice without separate waitlists, while keeping therapy central.
I attend the consult with you, nothing gets lost, and recommendations flow to your family doctor (with consent) for smooth follow-through.
Psychiatrist services are OHIP-covered; you only pay my regular therapy fee for my time.
ADHD and ASD assessments are also available individually for an additional administrative fee of $350 or in combination for a total additional administrative fee of $450.
This service is for anyone seeking a diagnostic assessment, a second opinion, starting or adjusting medication, or needing coordinated care for complex symptoms.
Available to Ontario clients with valid OHIP.
Interested? Ask about PMVC and I’ll guide next steps.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Step Outside, Heal Within — Discover the Power of Ecotherapy
Imagine your therapy session taking place beneath open skies, surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the grounding rhythm of your footsteps. Ecotherapy—also known as walk and talk therapy—blends the clinically proven benefits of nature with the insight of skilled mental health support. It’s a modern, whole-person approach to healing designed for those who want more than just a couch and four walls.
This isn’t your typical therapy room. It’s a peaceful, judgment-free space where movement and conversation flow naturally. As we walk together outdoors, clients often find it easier to open up, release tension, and connect more deeply—with themselves and the world around them. The rhythm of walking can gently bypass mental blocks, making room for clarity and emotional regulation.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, chronic stress, grief, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, ecotherapy offers a refreshing and research-backed alternative.
Studies show that spending time in natural environments can reduce cortisol levels, lower blood pressure, and increase feelings of vitality, presence, and resilience. Walking in nature has also been shown to boost mood, enhance cognitive function, and support emotional processing, especially when combined with therapeutic support.
Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered—not just mentally, but physically and emotionally. Over time, this practice can deepen self-awareness, improve nervous system regulation, and help you reconnect with your inner compass.
Why Choose Ecotherapy?
🌿 A natural setting that softens emotional overwhelm
🌿 Gentle movement that supports insight and emotional release
🌿 Proven mental health benefits including reduced anxiety and improved mood
🌿 A holistic, embodied approach for high-functioning people and professionals
🌿 A grounded, yet flexible alternative for those who find traditional therapy too static
If you're craving more than just a conversation—if you want your healing journey to feel alive, embodied, and connected—ecotherapy may be the path for you.
Step into nature. Step into yourself.
